Being overseen by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) the recall notice confirms the action involves a total of 186 trucks.
All of those trucks were sold in Australia and New Zealand between the 1st of November 2016 and the 31st of January 2018.
The recall notice advising that potential failure of the inner wall of the shock absorber may cause fragments to adhere to the piston ring.
What are the hazards?
In certain operating conditions the front-rear and rear-rear shock absorbers may bend or break.
This could cause interference with the tyre and cause it to burst, which poses a risk of fire.
