Exciting times are ahead for Freightliner Australia with the local arrival of the keenly anticipated Freightliner Cascadia on the horizon.
Ahead of that arrival of the all new truck comes news of a new addition to the Freightliner team – Robert Griffin.
Most recently the head of DAF Trucks in Australia, Robert (pictured above) has also previously held leadership positions at Iveco, Isuzu and Mack Trucks.
At Freightliner Australia he will take up the National Sales and Operations Manager role.
“We are thrilled that Rob has chosen to join Freightliner at this exciting time and further strengthen our team,” – Freightliner Australia Pacific Director, Stephen Downes.
“It was easy to get Rob on board once he saw what we are working on and Freightliner’s massive commitment and investment for upcoming Australian models.”
We get our first test-drive of the new Freightliner Cascadia a little later this month, stay tuned for further updates and drive impressions.
