If you’ve been along to a Supercars event in recent years, or even watched a race or two on TV, chances are you would have seen a Hino presence.
The Japanese truck brand has backed the Australian racing series since 2016 and has just confirmed it has signed a new deal that will see Hino back Supercars for another three years.
Bill Gillespie, Hino Australia’s General Manager of Brand and Franchise Development, tells us the ongoing Supercars partnership has delivered great results for the Hino brand.
“I am very pleased to confirm that Hino has extended its partnership with Supercars for a further three years.
“We credit the Supercar involvement with delivering a level of brand and dealer engagement that has been a key factor in strengthening our status as the fastest growing truck brand in Australia.
“Our relationship with Supercars also provides us with a unique opportunity to promote our Hino Advantage suite of business solutions, including our unique capped price service offer.”
While the boss of Supercars, Sean Seamer, welcomed the commitment.
“Hino has been a long and fantastic partner, we are delighted to continue the relationship for another three years,”
“It has been a pleasure to work with Bill and the Hino team, creating a wide range of ways to showcase and build their brand.”
