More accolades for Hino Australia service

Hino adds another Service Department of the Year award to honour roll

The team at Hino Australia continues to shine with the Japanese brand bestowing another Service Dealer of the Year Award on the local operation.

The win comes just a month after Hino Australia was named winner of the 2017 Parts Department of the Year award.

What got Hino across the line for the award? Their track record on customer retention, customer-oriented activities such as fleet training, customer information management and support programs.

Remarkably, this is the seventh successive year that Hino has taken out the double crown.

“At Hino Australia, we aim to be a trusted partner for our customers – through our Hino Advantage program, our Product Support department is a significant contributor to this.” – Hino Australia General Manager of Product Support, Greg Bleasel.

“Initiatives such as our capped price service program contributed to our victory as 2017 Service Department of the Year – this product offering was recently extended to include all trucks compliant with Euro 5 emission regulations, meaning Hino customers pay less of the life of their vehicles.

“Winning these prestigious awards for the seventh consecutive year is a tribute to the continual efforts, hard work and dedication of our dealerships, trained service technicians, parts interpreters and head office staff.”
