The group has been striving to bring customer support and service up to another level and one strategy is the classification of best-performing facilities as ‘Elite Support’ locations.
The latest dealer in the network to obtain that honour is Daimler Trucks Somerton (Melbourne).
Daimler Trucks telling us that now that it is an Elite Support dealership, Mercedes-Benz, Fuso and Freightliner customers will benefit from a range of improvements.

Chief among them is Express Assessment, which ensures the dealership communicates a preliminary diagnosis on the customer’s truck within two hours of its arrival, enabling them to make an informed business decision.
