We continue to see some real progress being made in Europe in regards to the uptake of CNG-powered trucks.
The latest development sees a further 250 CNG (compressed natural gas) powered Iveco Stralis prime movers ordered by leading European transport logistics operators, Jacky Perrenor Group.

The trucks, the new Iveco Stralis NP (Natural Power) 460 (coverage here), will be added to the operators existing fleet of natural gas-powered Iveco trucks, including 250 Stralis NP 400.
The latest order will see 550 Iveco natural gas trucks operating within the transport operator’s fleet by the end of 2018.
While the two companies, who have had a 40-year relationship, are aiming for a target fleet of 1,000 natural gas trucks by 2020.
