The owner of a fleet of Iveco ACCO trucks says he couldn’t be happier with how the vehicles are performing.

Tim Mellor, Managing Director of Leebo Transport Services, purchased the first Iveco ACCO for use transporting readymix concrete to building sites around Melbourne in 2011, now the booming business has a fleet of ten ACCOs, including five of the current 8×4 model.

“I have been very happy with the ACCOs and our drivers reckon they are the best on the market for agitator use.” Tim told Heavy Vehicles Truck News.

“From my experience over the past ten years there is no cab and chassis combination better suited to the agitator application.”

And, being Australian-built and engineered, Tim says that makes the ACCO even more attractive.

“Purchasing an Australian-engineered truck was at the forefront of our thinking when swapping over to the ACCOs. I’m aware Iveco has been developing trucks here for many years, so they’re pretty familiar with what’s best suited to local needs and conditions,”

“Quite simply the ACCO presents the best value and the best set of features for the job and I have every confidence they’ll continue to get a ten out of ten from me.”
