As much as the actual vehicle is important, a big consideration for buyers of heavy vehicles is how they perform over time and how the manufacturer backs its product.
Hino Australia doesn’t seem to be having trouble impressing their customers with the local operation again being named the Japanese brands best performing parts and service operation, anywhere!
Hino has just been named winner of the 2016 Parts Department of the Year and 2016 Service Department of the Year by Hino head office.
Remarkably, Hino has won the awards six years in a row!
The awards are based on performance indicators such as customer retention, parts growth and supply rates, customer management information and vehicle throughput.
Hino dealerships were also accessed for their performance in sales and service.
